Glass Sculpture by Richard Rooze and Jarda Wasserbauer. The yellow house, 2 Place Lamartine, Arles France, the house where Vincent van Gogh lived from Februari,1888 untill April,1889. The sculpture not only represents the physical 'Yellow House', as Vincent called his accommodation in Arles, but in addition the tiny bubbles in the glass seem to reflect the many ideas and fantasies that surfaced in his mind. As the result of a cooperation project between Richard Rooze & Jarda Wasserbauer a second series of 'Yellow House' version 1 was made in a limited edition of 100 pieces. Title 'The Yellow House'. 'Version two', (a different version). Color: yellow. Technique: cast glass; partly polished.
